Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup water or coconut water
1/2 cup milk substitute
1/4 cup fresh wheatgrass
1 orange or 2 tangerines
1/2 banana frozen
1/2 cup ice
Directions
1. Put everything in a blender and churn it up!
